E-book My falls rituals
Welcome to My Cosy Autumn Universe
Welcome to you, who chose to gift yourself this autumn well-being programme.
Through this e-book , it’s a bit like you’re stepping into my inner home: a simple, warm space where we take time to breathe, to settle, and to connect with the season.
Autumn, for me, is an invitation to slow down, to come closer to yourself, and to watch the colours change. It’s accepting and welcoming the shifting light, nature shedding its layers, and recognising that something within us is ready to transform too.
Through these rituals, recipes, and little acts of care, I’m sharing what supports me day to day. These are my gestures, my mantras, and my ways of bringing softness to my body and my soul. I’ve also added other ideas so that each of you can find what resonates, at your own pace.
I invite you to wander through this programme like strolling through an autumn forest: unhurried, observing, sensing—taking what nourishes you and leaving the rest.
Take good care of yourself, wrap yourself in warmth, let fall what needs to go, and keep close what still brings light.
May light and love fill your heart.
