Paper sizes: both A4 (Australia/UK/EU) and US Letter versions are included. Print at 100% / "Actual size" on thick card (200–250 gsm matte card works best; in the US and Canada, 65–110 lb cover cardstock). No card? Print on regular paper and glue or tape it onto thin cardboard, like a cereal box, for extra stiffness. A strip of tape on the back helps stop curling. A grown-up cuts the door-handle hole.
