Rooted in transpersonal psychology and inspired by the Hero’s Journey, this method blends evidence-based tools, mythic storytelling, and strategic action to guide you through three transformational phases:

Threshold & Descent: Emotional regulation, shadow work, and evidence-based emotional regulation tools drawn from transpersonal psychology and integrative coaching practices to support emotional regulation and resilience.

Initiation: Archetypal coaching, guided visualization, and soul-level inquiry

Return: Strategic integration, narrative alchemy, and empowered action

Includes everything in Core, plus:

• Voxer access (Mon–Fri, business hours)
• 1 bonus integration session

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you purchase one of our coaching programs, you are eligible for a refund if, after the first session, you are not satisfied. The refund will exclude a reduced fee of $150 for the first session.

Other than that, all coaching packages are non-refundable. Results are not guaranteed and are based on the efforts you put in and the action you take to better your life.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions, forms to fill out, and how to book a time for your appointment.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching program again.

Is this coaching therapy?

No. While I integrate evidence-based psychological tools, this coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment. It is designed for personal growth, transformation, and leadership development. If you're experiencing acute mental health challenges, I recommend working with a licensed therapist.

Can I pause or extend my coaching package?

To honor the integrity of the journey, coaching packages are designed to be completed within the set timeframe. Unused sessions expire at the end of the package period.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available. Select package with a payment plan.

Can I upgrade to the Premium package later?

Absolutely. If you begin with the Core package and decide you’d like Voxer support or additional sessions, you can upgrade anytime during your journey.
