Nūḥ was the first messenger sent to the people of the earth after the worship of idols had emerged. He called his people for nearly a thousand years, privately and publicly, night and day, and was answered with mockery, threats, and refusal. This book follows that mission from the corruption that preceded it to the flood that ended it, and asks what a believer is meant to do while the water is still rising.

3. The Character of Prophet Nūḥ. Ten qualities examined in turn — his integrity, sincerity, sincere advising, excellence, patience and resolve, reliance on Allah, gratitude, seeking forgiveness, forbearance, and his refusal to drive away the poor believers when the elite demanded it.
Conclusion. Roughly forty lessons drawn from the whole, on daʿwah, patience, arrogance, repentance, and the truth that faith binds more strongly than blood. Nūḥ was saved and his own son was not.
