Back to Baseline is a ready-to-run workshop kit for HR, L&D, and compliance and health and safety teams. People explore a few scents, blend one of their own, and take part in a short, structured conversation about what makes work feel manageable, based on HSE's six areas: Demands, Control, Support, Relationships, Role and Change.

Many companies already think carefully about how their workplace feels, including scent. Here, scent is a sensory part of the session that helps create a calm, welcoming atmosphere in the room. It's opt-in throughout, with a fragrance-free option at every step. The real value comes from the conversation and the actions your team agrees.

GOOD TO KNOW

No scent or wellbeing expertise needed. Materials typically cost £1 to £5 a head. We don't sell oils or equipment. Sessions record ideas, not names, and your organisation is the data controller for anything recorded. Anyone with asthma, allergies, migraine or fragrance sensitivity, or who is pregnant, can take part fully using the fragrance-free option. Prices include any VAT due.

LICENCE AND REFUND TERMS

1. Licensed, not sold. Sana Essencia Ltd keeps all copyright. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

2. Single Company Licence: one organisation may run unlimited sessions for its own employees and workers at one location, including remote or hybrid staff attached to it.

3. Multi-site Licence: the same, across the number of your own named sites purchased (up to 5, or unlimited).

4. You may print the materials, edit them for your own sessions, add your logo, and store them on internal systems for authorised staff.

5. You may not resell, share, publish or upload the files (including to AI tools or file-sharing services), give them to clients or other organisations, or use them to run sessions for other organisations, their staff or members. Remove no Sana Essencia credits or disclaimers from facilitator materials.

6. Updates: 12 months from purchase. You can keep using the version you hold after that.

7. You're responsible for your own risk assessments, data protection, allergen information, labelling, insurance and session safety.

8. Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the licence fee paid, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.

9. If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days unless you asked to download straight away and acknowledged losing that right. Whether you're a business or a consumer, if a file is faulty or not as described we'll replace it, and if we can't, we'll refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK can also bring proceedings in their local courts.
