Each page has easy-to-follow visual steps. Students build drawing confidence and fine motor skills while enjoying calm, creative time during the busy holiday season. They can draw right on the provided pages, in sketchbooks, or on blank paper for larger art pieces, and you can photocopy all the pages into a student workbook with the included title cover.

WHAT STUDENTS LEARN

Students learn to draw with step-by-step guided visuals, strengthen fine motor control and line and shape recognition, and gain confidence in making recognizable drawings. The lessons apply the Elements of Art: Line, Shape, Space and Pattern.

HOW TO USE IT

Print and hand out individual pages, or copy the full set to make a Christmas Directed Drawing Workbook. Have students outline with a black marker or fine liner, then color with crayons, colored pencils, markers or watercolor paint.

Use the pages for Christmas art lessons, calm December art centers, sketchbook or art journal projects, early finishers, sub plans, homeschool holiday art, or bulletin board and hallway displays.
