How to Bind SAFELY Without a Binder (a zine)

Chest-binding can be a life-saving intervention for trans masc folks, but for those who don't have access to a purpose-made chest-binder, it can also be very dangerous when done incorrectly. 

Unfortunately, the people resorting to DIY solutions are frequently children and teens, who may not have access to information about how to bind safely. 

Which is why I've made this 1 page pocket zine that can be printed on any black-and-white printer, and is designed to fold easily to pocket size.

• Ways to access second-hand chest-binders
• Other more DIY solutions
