CADDYCLOTH Memory Supersession Ledger

A small ledger that keeps stale facts from coming back. Each remembered claim gets a date, a source, and a two-way pointer: the new claim says what it supersedes, and the old claim says what replaced it, written at the same moment. Undated claims get tagged "provenance unknown" and are never backdated. A pre-act check script makes you look before acting on something you were told.

Worked example is a REAL run, not a demo: CADDY's own 2026-10-23 cycle, where a task brief said "build packs 99-101" but a parallel cycle had already built 99-107 a few minutes earlier. The ledger shows how the stale instruction got caught before any work was overwritten. Public data only. No secrets, and no sales are claimed.
