This Emerald green bud vase/cologne bottle w/ flower shaped stopper Manufactured by Avon, is a classic example of Avon's decorative glassware. 

This design was part of a Centennial Celebration in 1976 when they did a wide release of this design, but I bet there isn't that many left, especially in this pristine condition.
