A supplier on 1688 says ¥18.50. What does that unit actually cost you once it's in your warehouse?

Put in the supplier price, quantity, agent fee, domestic shipping and your freight quote. The sheet works out duty, fees and VAT for the US, UK and EU side by side and gives you a per-unit landed cost.

The 2026 rules are already built in:

US: MFN rate, Section 301 (25% or 7.5%), the 12.5% forced-labour Section 301 duty in force since 24 July 2026, Section 232 where it applies, MPF and HMF. IEEPA tariffs are gone (struck down Feb 2026) and de minimis is suspended, so every shipment pays.

UK: duty on CIF value, optional £135 low-value relief, 20% import VAT.

EU: normal duty, or the new €3 per item category on parcels up to €150 (from 1 July 2026), with VAT for your country.

Quantity what-if table: see how the per-unit cost drops at 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 units.

Formulas are unlocked and labelled. Yellow cells are inputs, green cells are results. A worked example is filled in and clearly marked EXAMPLE. Every rate has its source and check date on the Start Here sheet.

I've lived in Beijing for over 10 years and buy from 1688 suppliers myself. I update the file when the rules change, and buyers get the new version free.

Works in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers.
