AUTHOR’S PREFACE

When I first encountered the science of the occult, I felt both curiosity and skepticism. From an early age, I was drawn to all things mysterious and unknown: from legends about great mages and alchemists to authentic historical accounts of ritual practices. Step by step, as I explored ancient texts and modern interpretations, I came to realize how vast and multilayered any system of hidden knowledge truly is. It was then that an inner calling arose—the desire not only to partake in the knowledge accumulated over millennia but also to share with others what I found genuinely valuable.

The foundation of this book, which I have called Mental, lies in my personal journey into occultism and esotericism. It took shape through my observations, research, and numerous practices, during which I tested the effects of rituals, ceremonies, spells, and magical formulas—some in Latin—on myself. I have tried to gather everything that might help seekers better understand themselves and the world around them, and to master methods of consciously influencing reality through both ancient traditions and modern esoteric schools.

Of course, every path associated with mastering magical practices requires mindfulness and responsibility. I earnestly ask everyone who picks up this book to treat the knowledge presented here with seriousness and care. Magic is a subtle art that leaves no room for frivolity or disrespect—whether toward oneself or the forces with which we interact. May the contents of this book serve as a guide for you without replacing your inner voice or common sense.

I hope that Mental will inspire all practitioners who strive for spiritual growth and seek out the hidden mechanisms of our existence. May each chapter be a step toward discovering your true nature and unlocking the creative power within each one of us.
