Terms of Service for Purchasing Avatars from Yumi's Palace

By purchasing avatars from Yumi's Palace, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a ban from the Discord server and being prohibited from making future purchases. All content is protected under copyright law.

Terms of Service (ToS)

No Commercial Rights

• My models do not come with commercial rights.
• This means you cannot use any parts for resale purposes. If you wish to use components commercially, you must purchase them from the credited sources listed.
• This restriction applies to all parts of the model, including base and head edits.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Streaming and Social Media Use

• If you use the model for streaming (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Instagram), you must credit my name on your platform. This credit must include a hyperlink to the model's page
• My avatars cannot be used for merchandising or other profit-making activities, as I retain all copyright.
• You cannot use my avatars as your primary representation in professional VTubing or any scenario where the avatar becomes synonymous with your identity.(Ask me first)

Modifications

• My models cannot be used as a base for creating new models.
• If you choose to modify a model, you may alter either the hair or the outfit, but the avatar must retain a resemblance to the original design.

Sharing and Credit

• My models cannot be uploaded publicly or shared in any way. This includes sharing with others, uploading to repositories, or making them freely accessible.
• You cannot take credit for creating or designing my models.

Support Policy

• I may not provide support if you edit or modify my models and encounter issues afterward.
• If the original product has an issue, I will help resolve it. However, you are responsible for following all provided instructions for importing or updating the product. If issues arise due to improper setup, I may decline to assist.

Copyright and Ownership

• I retain full copyright over all my models and their components.
• My avatars cannot be used for any purpose that infringes upon my ownership, including merchandising, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
