The Knowing Practitioner — Early Years Educator CPD: six modules, fifteen hours, certificate and evidence log
Most early years CPD tells practitioners what to do. This one asks them what they already know about the children in front of them, and builds on it.
Six modules, each ninety minutes of self-study and an hour of team discussion. The self-study builds the knowledge; the hour together turns it into practice in your setting, with your children.
