Use the free Thursday Coverage Check to try the approach. The workbook is an .xlsx file for a current version of Excel on a computer. Native Google Sheets compatibility has not yet been verified. Assignments are entered manually; the workbook calculates coverage. No Planning Center integration or automatic volunteer texting is included.

One purchase covers internal use in one church. No resale or public distribution of the paid files. Use only the minimum adult scheduling information your church permits. Your church's staffing and safeguarding policies govern decisions; keep children's records and sensitive information out.
