Saincon (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African consulting entity founded in 2017 by

Fiorentino Eduardo(Tino) & Johandie Saincic.

Before Saincon, they both operated iGt Office Executive from 2010 —

giving Saincon a continuous independent consulting lineage of 16 years.

This is not a freelancer making a first step into consulting.

This is an established B2B professional services business with a track record of multi-year

client engagements, operating locally in South Africa and remotely for UK, EU, and global clients.

Professional Experience

Tino Saincic is a Fractional COO, Management Trainer, and multi-disciplinary consultant

with 25+ years of C-suite and senior operations leadership experience.

His most significant engagement — a 16+ years outsourced consultancy relationship with various South African and international companies — covering group operations management / COO / ISO9001 and general operations to HR consulting across 50+ trading entities,

co-managing project portfolios up to R3.2 billion per project,

on construction and mining projects.

All engagements normally begin with discovery gap analysis, process auditing, expanding into administration, finance, HR, sales and technical operations.

Full ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementations, certifications and a few clean surveillance audits between 2024 and current.
