Fiorentino Eduardo(Tino) & Johandie Saincic.

Before Saincon, they both operated iGt Office Executive from 2010 —

giving Saincon a continuous independent consulting lineage of 16 years.

This is not a freelancer making a first step into consulting.

This is an established B2B professional services business with a track record of multi-year

client engagements, operating locally in South Africa and remotely for UK, EU, and global clients.

Professional Experience

Tino Saincic is a Fractional COO, Management Trainer, and multi-disciplinary consultant

with 25+ years of C-suite and senior operations leadership experience.

His most significant engagement — a 12-year outsourced consultancy relationship with a South African Group — covered Group Operations Management / COO across 6 trading entities,

co-managing project portfolios up to R3.2 billion per project,

on infrastructure projects.

The engagement began with financial process auditing, expanded to administration and technical operations, and culminated in full

ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation, certification (May 2017),

and a clean surveillance audit in 2024.
