Consisting of four parts, the assessment begins with a records review, assesses job characteristics, the work environment/conditions, and operational/management procedures.
Purchase of this assessment includes a 30-minute review of findings, with recommendations for strategies to cultivate a work environment that fosters positive mental health, overall wellness, and increased resiliency for everyone on the team.
