Bright red berries an bold green leaves,

Food for the birds and protection for trees.

Defiantly thriving while most plants withdraw,

A seasons reminder that nature endures.

Holly leaves and berries sit like a little winter wreath around your ankles in this pretty festive sock. There is no sewing involved to join the layers together, just knitting, although you may wish to add a few sewn stitches to your work when the knitting is done to keep those delicate leaves in place. To ensure all of the attention goes to your elegant cuff the rest of the sock is plain, relaxing stocking stitch. They also feature a slip stitch heel and rounded toe for a comfortable fit.
