When you take the time to stop and reflect, you're taking the time to review your skills and abilities, and their effectiveness. When you reflect you question, from a positive viewpoint, what you're doing and why you're doing what you're doing. When it comes to gratitude, reflection helps us to see how impactful a daily gratitude practice is beginning to become in your life.
If we don't take time to periodically reflect, we'll never appreciate just how far we've come and how much we've changed.
