The Sagrada Família Companion

Construction on Gaudí's Barcelona masterwork began in 1882 and, remarkably, reached its full height only this year, 2026, the centenary of the architect's death. This Companion reads a genuine minor basilica, not a cathedral, engineered from tree-like columns and hanging-chain geometry, and tells the extraordinary story of how much of what stands today had to be reconstructed from the fragments of a workshop destroyed in 1936.
