Family Packing Kit - Editable Checklists for Parents & Kids

Packing for a family trip means keeping track of more than your own suitcase. Family Packing Kit helps you decide what belongs in each bag and who will pack it, so the plan can be shared.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

One ZIP containing two English-language PDFs, a Read Me and a household license. Each PDF contains the same six pages:

1. Personal Bag Checklist - reuse for each adult traveler.

2. Kids' Bag Checklist - complete together with an adult.

3. Shared Family Items - assign each item to a person and bag.

4. Last-Minute & Departure - track tasks for the day you leave.

5. Build Your Own Checklist - create lists for your family's needs.

6. Quick Start Guide - instructions and a simple handoff example.

Choose US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) or A4. Both PDFs are fillable and printable. Each has 155 text fields and checkboxes across the five checklists. The guide is a reading page. You receive six unique page designs in two sizes, not twelve different designs.

HOW TO USE

Download and extract the ZIP. Choose your paper size, save a fresh copy and assign a packing lead. Fill the pale fields in a PDF reader that supports forms, or print and write by hand. Check each item only when it is packed. Use the last-minute page for tasks still unfinished.

FORMAT AND COMPATIBILITY

PDF with AcroForm fields; no editable Canva, Word or spreadsheet source files. You can type in designated fields and tick boxes; the printed headings and suggested items are fixed. Use the blank checklist for your own items. Fields have character limits for short entries.

The US Letter PDF was tested in Mozilla PDF.js: text entries and a checkbox were filled, saved and reopened successfully. Both sizes also passed automated fill/save/reopen checks and rendered visual review. A4 has not been tested in a named PDF reader, and physical printing has not been verified. Some browser/mobile previews do not retain form entries: save a copy and reopen to check, or print and write by hand.

PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD USE

Reuse for your own trips and print household copies. No resale or public redistribution of the reusable files. Full license is included. This is a digital download; nothing will be shipped.

SCOPE

An organizer, not a complete travel or safety checklist. Add items for your family and destination. Check airline, entry, medical and safety requirements separately with official sources. No reminders, app, account connection or booking service is included.
