Socks are knitted toe-up with a non-standard after-thought heel and picot edge.

Yarn
Sock yarn. Fingering / 4 ply. Cascade Yarns Heritage or similar. 100 gr / 3.5 oz. = 400 m / 436 yards;
MC 60 – 75 g / 2.12 – 2.65 oz.
CC 25 – 30 g / 0.88 – 1.06 oz.
Needles
2.5 mm / US 1½ and 2.75 mm / US 2, double point needles or circular needles, depending on your preferred method of knitting
