These are knitted flat with a simple seam and the wings are knitted right in to minimize finishing. Work them in fingering weight or sport weight yarn for four different sizes. Clever positioning of the contrast colour yarn means fewer ends to weave in!

---1st contrast colour (yellow): approx. 15-20g
---2nd contrast colour (white): approx. 2-3g fingering weight yarn

Gauge is not critical, but it will affect the finished size of the booties. You are aiming for a fairly dense, rather than a loose, knitted fabric.

Techniques include knit, purl, increases and decreases, seaming, casting on, binding off, making i-cords, making pom poms.
