Are you ready for a challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles? Show up for this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is a low-impact, safe practice for all fitness levels of students. 

Each workout will strengthen your abs, glutes, and legs, with some cardio blast in between. You are in charge of your intensity- take breaks and modify when you need to.
