TOPAZ + AE SETTINGS !!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put it in your topaz preset file,

If you don't know where to find it press Windows key + R, then input C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\presets

Use the before edit preset to upscale your clip, then the after edit preset to upscale the finished edit
