The Groomer's Care Plan Guide + Editable Canva Client Brochure

I’m really proud to finally share this with other groomers!

I’ve been putting care plans together for my own salon and have had such a positive response from my clients. I wanted to share what I’m doing, how I’ve worked out the prices and how I’m explaining it all to them.

I’ve found packaging services together a good way to increase the average spend per dog. Their grooming and included treatments happen in the same appointment, with the cost spread into one monthly payment. Clients know what’s included, can budget around it and have their appointments planned ahead.

This guide explains the approach I’m using, with examples to help you put your own plans together without starting from scratch.

I’m sharing my own approach, so you can take what’s useful and make it your own. Every salon is different, and care plans won’t suit every business. Your packages need to work for your clients, your costs and the time you have available.
