This course is your deep dive into the art of the straight line handstand. Whether you’re just starting to find balance or looking to refine your shape, this program offers a full-spectrum approach to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected upside down.
Through a series of guided videos, you’ll explore essential elements like mindset, body organization, strength, mobility, alignment, and playful handstand entries. We’ll build your practice from the ground up—starting with wrist prep and core strength, through drills at the wall and in open space, and finishing with tips to refine your line and land with ease.
You’ll get 20+ bite-sized sessions (5–15 minutes each), combining technique, movement, and coaching—plus the freedom to practice at your own pace. This is more than a training program; it’s a mindset shift. You’ll learn not just how to do a handstand, but how to enjoy the process of becoming someone who practices them with presence, power, and play.
About me.
Movement has always been my way of coming back to myself. As a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of education and a passion for creative, strength-focused flows, I guide practices that help you feel capable, grounded, and present. My classes combine challenge and clarity, so you can grow in your practice without losing the connection to how it feels in your body.
