Custom orders are not one flat price. Pricing is based on the amount of design work your request requires.
Starting prices give you an idea of what to expect:

For small changes to an existing Sunset Couture template.
Examples may include:
β’ Name or age changes
β’ Color changes
β’ Photo swaps
β’ Small wording changes
β’ Simple adjustments

β¨ Standard Custom Designs β Starting at $15+
For a personalized design requiring more customization than a simple template edit.
Examples may include:

Final pricing depends on the amount of detail and customization requested.

π POSSIBLE ADD-ONS
Some requests may require an additional fee:
β’ Custom images/photos: +$5+
β’ Rush order under 24 hours: +$10+
β’ Same-day/emergency order: +$15+
β’ Additional major redesigns: +$3 each after 3 major revisions
Small corrections or minor adjustments do not automatically count as a revision.
Why? Custom work is priced according to the actual amount of time and design work required β not simply the number of words or items requested.

π WHAT COUNTS AS A CUSTOM ORDER?
If you are asking for something that is not already available exactly as listed in the shop, it may be considered a custom order.
Examples:
β¨ Changing an existing design beyond the included editable fields
β¨ Creating a completely new design
β¨ Combining ideas from multiple designs
β¨ Creating a matching set
β¨ Adding custom graphics or elements
β¨ Creating a design around a specific theme
β¨ Creating something based on an inspiration/reference image

π³ PAYMENT POLICY
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE DESIGN WORK BEGINS.
Payment is what officially secures your custom order slot.
No mockups, editing, resizing, designing, or production will begin until payment has been received.

Please do not send payment until your final price has been confirmed unless you are purchasing an established custom-order listing.

When requesting a custom order, please provide as much information as possible:

The more information you provide upfront, the easier it is to quote your order accurately and get started quickly.

π REVISIONS
Your quote covers the design described and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Minor adjustments such as small wording, color, or placement corrections may be made without an additional revision fee.
A major revision means requesting a substantial change to the design direction after the design has already been created.
Examples:

β βCan we start over with a different concept?β
β βI changed my mind about the entire theme.β
Major redesigns may result in an additional fee.
Please review your concept and provide all important details BEFORE design work begins.

β° TURNAROUND TIME
Standard custom orders require a minimum of 24 hours.
Turnaround begins after full payment AND all required design information/materials have been received.
Need it sooner?
Rush and same-day orders may be available depending on my current workload and may require an additional fee.
A rush fee does not guarantee availability. Please ask BEFORE purchasing if you have a deadline.

π¦ DIGITAL DELIVERY
Unless printing services have been specifically discussed and approved, all Sunset Couture custom orders are DIGITAL.
Your completed files will be delivered electronically through the agreed-upon delivery method.
No physical products will be shipped with a digital custom order.
Please make sure you provide a working email address and/or the requested delivery information.

Need me to print it for you? πβ¨
Printing/physical orders are available by request only and are quoted separately.
Please allow 2β4 weeks whenever physical production is involved.
This allows time for:
β’ Material ordering
β’ Printing

β’ Quality control
β’ Pickup/shipping coordination
β οΈ TRADEMARKED/COPYRIGHTED DESIGNS
Trademarked characters, logos, brands, and other protected artwork cannot be printed by Sunset Couture.
Digital design requests may be discussed depending on the specific request.
