For small online sellers, virtual assistants, operations staff, and freelancers who regularly receive messy CSV exports and need straightforward cleanup without uploading the data to a website. No coding is required.

EXAMPLE

A supplier sends a CSV with repeated product rows, blank records and spaces around SKUs. Choose the cleanup options, inspect the result, then export a new file while preserving the original. Duplicate removal compares whole rows; it does not merge customers or decide which conflicting record is correct.

WHAT IT IS

An offline CSV cleaner, duplicate-row remover and whitespace cleanup tool for your desktop browser. It is not an Excel workbook editor or an automatic data-repair service.

Remove unwanted spaces, blank records, and duplicates. Review each change before downloading a new CSV. Your original file stays untouched. Runs locally in your desktop browser, with no account, upload, or monthly service.

Includes the offline app, setup instructions, and a license for personal use or one organization. You may use it for client work; redistribution of the tool is not included.

Requirements: a current desktop browser with JavaScript; UTF-8 CSV or TSV. Supports comma, semicolon, and tab separators. Limits apply together: 5 MB, 50,000 records, 200 columns, and 500,000 cells. Excel workbooks are not supported.

Values remain text inside the app. When opening exported data in a spreadsheet, use text import settings to preserve leading zeros and control formula interpretation. The optional change report contains original values; protect it like your source file.
