A gradual settling

I have not really intentionally stayed with a tapping exercise for any length of time, thinking that it wouldn't work. But this one was just long enough for me to find some settling in my body and mind. Thank you. I would like to experience more tapping exercises, and perhaps some that are just a bit longer, to move into that space of presence. Have a beautiful day.
