Driving Planner Excel Sheet

I have created this info sheet to help keep track of expenses for drivers & Driving info for you.

If you work for a private driver or you do driving for your business this is a great excel sheet for you.

This only works with excel........

This sheet has an expense time table of contents tab and a tab for each month. It also has a scheduling tab. Each month has note area at the bottom so you can take monthly notes. Each month you can keep track of gas, tolls, snacks, car maintenance and it will flow to the expense tab. The expense tab also has graph charts to see the breakdown. You can punch in the time and miles for your trip and it will flow to the top of the page each month and each month will flow to the expense page so you can keep track of your time and miles. When punching in your time you need to use military time to make it populate accurately. Keep track of payment and tips each month for each ride.

You can use the scheduling tab if you schedule trips in advance so you can see what you have coming up. All important cells have been locked to protect the formula. Each monthly tab also has a link for Google maps so you can get an idea of every ride where you need to go.

On the schedule planner you can change the date up on the top and the weeks will change below you can type in weekly objects to do items and deadlines for the week and you have check marks and x-marks for things that you need to get done during the week so you can schedule drives etc.
