Instructor's Guide Understanding Fiber Optics 3rd ed

This instructor's guide is for the third edition of Understanding Fiber Optics, published in 1999 by Prentice-Hall and widely distributed. Readers have requested copies of the instructor's guides for old editions of Understanding Fiber Optics, so I'm making this available for for free. It includes answers and some worked-out problems, but the software that generated the equations is no longer available, so they are scrambled.
