2. Scroll down and fill out the section titled Before Your Session.
3. Click Submit - this will take you to the one-time payment option.
4. Select Sign Up, create your account, and complete the payment.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please feel free to get in contact at any time if you are not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy, and each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. While we do not typically issue refunds, we always strive to operate with integrity.

If you miss an appointment or need to reschedule, you may use the unused coaching session at a later date. Please note that the rescheduled session must be booked within 30 days of your missed appointment to ensure the effectiveness of the program.

How does appointment scheduling work?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to schedule your first coaching session with Coach JaNae through our "Discovery Call". The "Discovery Call" is where we will discuss what to expect in our coaching sessions and get to know each other before beginning the 4-week process.

You do not need to schedule the Discovery Call yourself. Coach JaNae will reach out to you after your purchase and after you have scheduled your first coaching session. Please make sure to provide a reliable contact number that is text message-friendly.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
