A two page PDF to help you plan your day and avoid burnout, after all... " it's one day "

Page 1 - " it's one day "

Provides space to track your mood, drink intake and supplements.

Encourages you to make time for you, even if it's something small, you're a priority too!

The top section allows you to jot down the main focus for the day, using no more than 3 bullets.

There's a "reminders" space to record those little things like sports kits and appointments.

On the left and side you can make a note of any groceries / household items you need to collect, before the next big shop.

There's also space to record housekeeping tasks that you plan to complete during the day.

The main body of the PDF if where you'll use time blocks to give your day structure from 6am to 9pm.

Page 2 - " clear mind "

The concept of this page is to jot anything that pops into your head and doesn't need to be done today, or there isn't a free time block for it to be done today.

Sometimes taking on even small tasks spontaneously, throughout the day really throws us off.

By making a note of tasks and scheduling them in to your day when you have time, you're able to tackle them with a clear head and maintain control.

You're less likely to forget about them once they're noted and it clears you mind for what you need to focus on in the current day.
