This poncho is a great one or two skeins project for either speckled or other randomly colored yarn, since the stitch patterns lend themselves to random, yet even, pooling.
It is flattering for most any body. Worn over a cami, this is great for a casual night out, or if worn around the neck and upper shoulders, makes a great portable second layer. It is modeled in the smallest size, and bigger sizes will fit around broader upper bodies with slightly more drape at the neck
Finally, this works up super quickly. I made the sample during a week’s worth of nighttime device crocheting. Finishing is a breeze and, snap, just like that, you’ve got a versatile new wardrobe piece – all from a few skeins of yarn!
