Who it is for

Founders, product managers, designers, developers, marketing teams and localization professionals working on English-to-Spanish digital products for Latin American audiences.

The guidance, prompt instructions and workbook notes are in English. Translations and target examples are in Spanish. The style guide is supplied in English.

Regional copy with country review

es-419 is a shared regional starting point. It does not determine the user's country, currency, tax treatment or time zone. Mexico, Colombia and Argentina notes help identify decisions to validate; they are not separate country editions or certification of every local use.

Use the glossary's context notes and record exceptions. Review country-specific voice, addresses, fiscal documents, payments and privacy wording with the appropriate reviewers.

Commercial-use licence

Use the kit in unlimited own products and client projects. Employees and contractors may access working copies for your licensed work. Adapt the materials and deliver resulting translations and project findings. Redistribution, resale and competing template bundles are not permitted. See the included licence for full terms.

A practical workflow

1. Define audience, countries, voice and regional terminology.

2. Consult the guide and glossary by context.

3. Adapt the UI examples to the actual action and state.

4. Give your AI tool the completed brief and relevant source material.

5. Review the draft, test the product and record QA evidence and approvals.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as the Spain kit?

This edition uses an es-419 regional baseline and country review notes. The Spain kit targets es-ES. Choose according to your audience; country formatting and actual product requirements still need validation.

Are the strings universal translations?

They are contextual examples. Read the notes, preserve protected content and confirm the actual meaning before use. Plural templates require the correct localization-engine branches.

Does the kit translate my app automatically?

It supplies reference materials, examples, prompts and review tools. It does not include translation of your product or integration services.

Can a non-Spanish-speaking team use it?

English instructions help you brief translators and organize review. A qualified reviewer should validate naturalness and the relevant country choices before release.

What software do I need?

A PDF reader and an XLSX application supporting formulas, tables, filters and validation lists. The Prompt Pack requires an AI tool that can receive your brief and source material.

Is human review included?

Human review is a separate service. AI suggestions and completed checklist fields do not certify a live product's legal compliance, accessibility or functional behavior.
