Cloud Bay is worked from top to bottom and shaped with increases at raglan seams. It is worked in Stockinette st to show the true beauty of the yarn. There are also two afterthought pockets nicely hidden in the ribbed hem. The ribbed front band is broken with a couple of Garter stitch ridges and neatly finished with I-cord BO to give a unique look to this simple cardi.
This cardigan will sure become a staple piece in your wardrobe.

The cardigan is intended to be worn open with about 2.5 cm / 1” of positive ease. Shown in size M on 93 cm / 37” bust.

5 (5, 5)6, 7, 8 skeins of Mellifera Cash DK (80% merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon; 100g / 230 yards). Sample shown in colorway: Smoke.

Needles
4.0 mm / US #6 circular needle (80 cm / 32” long) and dpns.
3.75 mm / US #5 circular needle (80 cm / 32” long) and dpns.
3.5 mm / US #4 circular needle (80 cm / 32” long).

Other
stitch markers, tapestry needle for weaving, stitch holders / scrap yarn.

Gauge
20 sts and 28 rows over 10 cm / 4” in St st worked flat with largest needles.
Take time to save time - check your gauge. If necessary, adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge.
