
Brand Audit | per se
This is the Brand Audit. This exercise is the first step I take when working with any new client.
You have a brand, it’s new, it’s established, or it’s in between. You’re too close to it, to see how it actually lands in the world, and if it speaks to your ideal client.
You may not have a Creative Director in-house, or perhaps you do, either way, having an objective set of eyes and a mind tuned to aligned impact, assessing your brand projection vs perception in the world, is essential if you seek to truly make a positive difference in your arena . It's a constantly changing marketplace - 'set it and forget it' just doesn't work.
This applies if you feel 'something is off', 'the brand's not growing', you're not feeling as 'excited' about your work as you were before. The list is much longer, of typical client concerns, you'll have them popping into your mind as you read this.
This also applies if you're feeling quite assured in your brand identity, you know who you're speaking to you and you know what makes you indispensable to your client, *but* you want more. You want to create something as part of a larger legacy; you want to grow in a way that is most aligned to your values and is profitable; you want clients to find what you do genuinely exciting, interesting, and feel magnetised towards you.
What This Service Includes:
- A Q&A (sent upon a confirmed booking) to get basic information on your business or project, as well as more on your business or brand's purpose, mission and offerings, and where you need the most perspective
- A 1-1 one hr session with me, to talk through the Q&A; you get to ask questions in real time about thoughts, concerns and ideas you have about your brand's presence and impact in your core target market
- A Brand Audit Report based off of our conversation, and my own deep dive into your brand, across the platforms that matter to you, with core insights about the brand as it is
- Targeted recommendations of where the most impactful changes and refinements can be made
After this comes implementation and experimentation; for you to test and learn off of the insights and learnings from the report.
What's The Process:
- Once you book, you will receive an email with a Calendly link for a Google Meet session
- This will be followed by your Q&A
- We will speak on the day and time of your choice
- 48hrs from our conversation, you will have your bespoke Brand Audit Report
- Optional bonus: we can book in a 25mins tune up, within a month of the Report, to see how the plan is coming along (this is complimentary, so please do take it up)

Some Important Notes for Booking:
All sales are final but you do have up to three months to book in from buying a session.
Appointments can be changed but with 24hrs notice (that applies to me too!) - I plan my calendar meticulously for my deep dives, so any changes to the schedule can create a very big (inconvenient ripple)
