I made Daki's cloth from Demon slayer anime using geometry nodes, You can draw it using Curve drawing tool in editing mode. UV and Materials are made procedurally
Cloth interacts with lighting and works in Eevee and Cycles toon shading, plug the material in whatever render settings you prefer in material nodes.
