The Open Body Practice: Table Intensive is an in-person only 80-minute guided session designed to reset your nervous system, release stored trauma, and open energetic pathways through somatic healing, hands-on table work, somatic release points, joint relief, and tissue unwinding.
This is a full-body recalibration rooted in energy medicine, intuitive body work, and breath-based release. It blends techniques from Reiki, yoga, and somatic release, and assisted body opening creating a deep and sacred experience.
This session is for you if you’re feeling:

• Emotionally stuck or chronically tense
• In need of rest, renewal, and realignment
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more deeply connected to your own body’s wisdom.
Sessions take place in Sugar Land, TX. Exact location and directions will be sent upon booking.
