The Open Body Practice: Table Intensive is an in-person only 80-minute restorative experience designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and reconnection through tissue unwinding, guided decompression, breath integration, mobility awareness, and intuitive recalibration.

This immersive experience blends energy medicine, somatic awareness, breath-led movement, tissue unwinding, restorative practices, and energetic integration to create a deeply grounding and restorative container.

The Open Body Practice supports clients in reconnecting with the body’s wisdom while creating space for restoration, regulation, and renewal.

Optional enhancements may be incorporated with client consent, including legal hemp-derived CBD products for relaxation and wellness support.
