License for Small Business Online Sales

An all-shop license to use KristenInStitches designs on your physical products to sell online. 

If you are strictly selling items at markets and craft shows and NOT online, you do not need this license. 

This license is permitting you to make online sales using my designs of physical products.

You must purchase this license if you are a small in-home maker/craft business and make and sell physical products using KristenInStitches designs online on any venue: Etsy, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Shopify, your website, etc.

This license is not for use with any other type of commercial business- contact me for additional licensing options.

Once purchased, this license is good for any and all designs you purchase from KristenInStitches, including past, current and future design purchases. An all-in-one license!

Please note, you may not use any KristenInStitches design for POD Print on Demand, fabric or dropshipping websites or services/printers to order premade items in bulk. You must make the item as a small business crafter and sell it online. All of my designs are already available on fabric on Spoonflower and if you purchase the fabric to make things from Spoonflower, this license is not necessary. This license is for use of my digital designs in your small business/crafting for online sales only. POD is excluded and I do not offer a POD license.

You may not use KristenInStitches designs to offer digital download products, you may not alter the design or create clip art from it. You may not resell, distribute or share any digital file.

Some examples of license uses and restrictions:

You may create t-shirts in your home using a KristenInStitches design to heat press or sublimate and sell the shirt online. You may not create a downloadable t-shirt design to sell. You may not upload the design to print with a POD Print on Demand service or dropshipping company.

You may create a tumbler design and sublimate in your home and sell the tumbler online. You may not create a tumbler digital download to sell from a KristenInStitches design. You may not upload the design to a POD website to sell tumblers from a POD/dropshipping company. 

You may print fabric from a design on your home fabric printer to make a bag and sell online. You cannot use the design to upload to a POD company to sell a bag. You may use the design to print fabric with your local fabric printer to make the design but you may not sell fabric using a KristenInStitches design.

Once you download the license, your order number becomes your license number. My contact information is provided in the license for any use questions, and you may message me at any time to ask specific questions.
