This download gives you access to the two working tools that make up the Renovation Contractor Toolkit:

• Financial Control Workbook (Google Sheets)
• Master Renovation Agreement (Google Docs)

You will receive a single PDF containing secure links to both files.

Each link opens a view-only master.

You simply go to File → Make a copy to create your own private, editable versions in your Google Drive.

Once copied, the tools are yours to use, adapt, and reuse across projects.

These are live, working systems — not static templates.

They are designed to be used day-to-day on real renovation projects to manage scope, progress, and payments with clarity and structure.
