Gforcefactory EDGE 6D 6DOF Motion Simulation System Including Seat and Brackets this unique system is the ultimate compact motion simulation system for private and business use.
The system has a genuine 6DOF motion base with Stewart architecture, similar to industrial aviation and Formula 1 systems to train professional pilots. As such, it is of the highest fidelity class of motion simulation and can reproduce ALL SIX G-forces (surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch, yaw). For racing, this means that the system will reproduce all g-forces, including acceleration, deceleration/braking, cornering, road surface, jumps/bumps, drift, slip, tracking loss, and even collisions. For flight, this means you will experience all flight dynamics (take off, touch down, thermals, wind, turbulence, slip, and of course, crashes…). Effectively, this means you can learn to race and fly on your own system.
The EDGE 6D system is sold worldwide to commercial centers, actual aviation pilots (civil and military), actual racing drivers (GT and rally), universities (for research), and of course, many private enthusiasts.
The EDGE 6D system is modular and consists of the 6DOF motion base and optional seat and brackets. On top of the brackets, you can mount up to three (curved) monitors and race and flight controls of the major brands. Of course, the system can also be used with VR headsets (SteamVR headsets with external tracking). The system connects to a PC by ethernet cable. It is compatible with all major simulation games (e.g., iRacing, F1 2021, Project Cars 2.0/3.0, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally 2.0, DIRT series, X-Plane 11, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, DCS, IL-2, etc.etc.). In addition, the system has many APIs for tuning and custom developments.
The motion base comes fully assembled to your doorstep. Brackets and seats must be assembled after arrival. This product does not include peripherals, such as PC, monitors, race/flight controls, sound systems.
