FINANCIALS

Two separate invoice logs per project — one for what your clients owe you, one for what you owe your subs. Log every client invoice with number, date, due date, amount, and status. Log every sub invoice the same way. Mark invoices paid with one click. The financial summary shows your total contract value, what you've invoiced, what you've received, what clients still owe you, what you still owe your subs, and your estimated profit — all calculated automatically.

CHANGE ORDERS

Log scope changes the moment they happen — description, date, agreed value, and approval status. Pending, approved, or declined. Approved change orders automatically add to your total contract value so your profit calculation is always accurate. Never finish a job and forget to charge for the extras again.

SUBCONTRACTORS

A full directory of every sub you work with — trade, contact name, phone, email, license number, insurance expiry date, payment terms, and notes. Insurance expiry flags automatically when a sub's coverage has expired or is expiring within 30 days — because an uninsured sub on your job site is your liability. See exactly how much you still owe each sub across all projects at a glance. See which projects each sub is currently booked on.

SCHEDULE

A full monthly calendar showing every project and every subcontractor booking in their unique colours, spanning across their full date range. Project bars show the full project duration. Sub booking bars appear underneath in each sub's own colour so you can see exactly who is on site on any given day. Click any date to see the full breakdown — which projects are active and which subs are booked, with their trade and scope details. Overlapping projects and bookings show side by side so you can spot scheduling conflicts before they happen.
