The Art Of Embodied Power 3 week Live Class
This is a three-week course for individuals who want to explore sensuality beyond appearance and seduction beyond simply attracting another person.
In this class we will talk about what it means to actually feel at home in your body, understand your desires, trust what your body is telling you, experience pleasure without guilt, and recognize the difference between being desired and being deeply connected to yourself.
We’ll also get into the parts of seduction that have very little to do with beauty: presence, psychology, discernment, confidence, boundaries, mystery, knowing when to move toward something and knowing when to leave it alone. Together we will explore why certain people and situations activate us, why intensity can sometimes feel like attraction, and how knowing yourself changes the way you approach love, sex, relationships and attention.
The final part of our work will focus on receiving. Not just receiving romantically, but becoming more comfortable with allowing yourself to have pleasure, support, opportunity, attention and the things you genuinely want without feeling that you have to overgive, chase, prove yourself or sacrifice pieces of yourself to get them.
There will be spiritual work woven throughout the course along with practical exercises, ritual, conversation and things you can continue practicing on your own.
My intention is for you to leave these three weeks knowing yourself a little differently, not because you've learned another way to perform femininity or desirability, but because you've developed a stronger relationship with your body, your desire and your own authority.
