Living in a peaceful me
LIVING IN A PEACEFUL ME
After three years in the making, with some tracks recorded as long as ten years ago, comes Alexander Gustave van Breemen's next milestone after City to City and Plaeto: Living in a Peaceful Me.
A collection of inspired songs, this album expresses the universal quest for inner peace and well-being — something that lies within the nature of all living things.
The enchanting sound of the Buraq (Celtic bouzouki) breathes an atmosphere of ancient times. Combined with deep, layered vocals, ethnic drums and a variety of string instruments from different continents, the music builds a bridge between East and West.
Many of these compositions were inspired by the mystical poems and books of the sage Yoginâm, carrying within them an ancient wisdom passed down from generation to generation — a wisdom for living a life of well-being, meaning and joy.
