WHAT IS THIS?

The Self‑Discovery Toolkit is a collection of printable worksheets and reflection tools designed to support emotional wellbeing, self‑awareness and gentle behaviour change.

Unlike a 30‑day journal, this toolkit is non‑linear: you can pick and print just the pages you need today. Each tool focuses on one part of your inner world—emotions, thoughts, triggers, values, habits or boundaries—using clear visuals and short, guided prompts.

Created with SEN / neurodivergent‑friendly design principles and informed by CBT‑style ideas, the toolkit can be used independently or alongside therapy, coaching or mentoring.

WHO IT’S FOR

This toolkit is ideal for:

  • 🧠 Anxious or sensitive teens and adults who prefer flexible, dip‑in support rather than a fixed 30‑day plan
  • 🌿 Neurodivergent‑friendly / SEN / SEMH learners who need clear, low‑overwhelm pages
  • 💬 Counsellors, coaches, mentors and SEN staff wanting ready‑to‑use printable worksheets
  • Anyone who wants to re‑use favourite tools again and again

(This is not a substitute for professional mental health care, but a gentle support alongside it.)
