You describe the outcome. I ship a working n8n workflow — tested, documented, and running on your instance. The price is fixed and agreed before I start. No hourly billing, no surprises.
What's included
A working workflow, built and tested end-to-end on your n8n instance (or delivered as an import-ready workflow.json). A README with setup, customization, and exact running cost. One revision round after delivery. A handover walkthrough so you can change it yourself later. Typical builds: inbox triage, content pipelines, webhook/API integrations, failure monitoring and alerts, scheduled reports.
How it works
1. You fill in the intake form below — the outcome you want, the tools involved, and rough daily volume. 2. I scope it and send a fixed quote (from $79 for a single workflow). 3. You approve; I build and test. 4. Handover with docs and a walkthrough. You own everything — no lock-in, no ongoing fees.

Fill in the intake form with: the outcome you want, the tools and systems involved, and roughly how many items (emails, records, posts) flow through per day. The more specific you are, the tighter the fixed quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price fixed?
After the intake form I send a fixed quote (starts at $79). Nothing starts until you approve it. If the request changes mid-build, I re-quote before continuing.
What do you need from me?
Access to your n8n instance (or I'll deliver workflow.json + README for you to import), the credentials for the tools involved, and your answers on the intake form.
Do I own the workflow?
Yes — delivered as workflow.json plus README. No lock-in, no ongoing fees.
What if it breaks?
14 days of fix-it support after handover for anything inside the agreed scope.
What can't you build?
Anything that needs accounts I can't access, or that breaks a platform's terms. I'll say so during scoping if it's a no.
