Gumroad's dashboard shows sales. It doesn't show what you actually keep. Paste your Gumroad sales CSV into this spreadsheet and get your real numbers in seconds.

What's inside

- Fee calculator: 10% + $0.50 plus card processing (2.9% + $0.30) on direct sales, 30% on Discover marketplace sales (processing included), applied automatically per sale (rates are editable if Gumroad changes them)

- Monthly P&L: gross, refunds, Gumroad fees, net, your expenses, and profit, with a monthly profit chart

- Refunds: refund rate, refunded revenue, and fees you lost on refunds

How it works: export your sales CSV from Gumroad, paste it into the "Gumroad Import" tab, done. If your export's column names differ, change them once in Settings.
