I’ve been working with Bachour from
the beginning and I am as amazed
now as I was three years ago. With only
the slightest bit of hesitation he can put
together 50 different desserts in a single
day. All of them are different and unique,
but all are unmistakably Bachour. It’s an
old expression but “I take my hat off to
him”.
