Grief Workbook for Grandparents - 20 Grief Worksheets for Loss of a Grandchild & Bereavement. Grieving Grandma Journal. Sympathy Gift
I Am Grieving, Now What? – Grandparents Edition
A guided grief workbook for grandparents who have lost a grandchild. 44 pages.
NEW: FILLABLE PDF. Type right on your tablet or laptop, from your favorite spot. No printing needed. The fillable file is US Letter; the printable US Letter and A4 pages with writing lines are still included.
When you lose a grandchild, grandparents grieve twice: once for the grandchild they loved, and again for their own child, whose pain they can't take away. Most people only see one of those heartbreaks. These gentle pages make room for both, with help for loving your son or daughter through this, being there for the grandkids who are still here, and taking care of yourself too.
A gentle introduction before every worksheet. Each page opens with a short, loving explanation of why it matters and how it supports healing, grounded in respected grief research, and closes with one calming breath.

A NOTE FROM ME
Hi, I'm Niki. I made these pages after losing my daughter, Harper. I'm a mom, not a grandparent, and not a therapist, so I built this edition on grief research about how grandparents grieve. I'm also a certified grief educator. Every page is written the way I wish someone had spoken to me, and the way I wish my parents had them: gently, honestly, and without a timeline.
Real tears. Real love.

PLEASE NOTE
- Fillable fields work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some free PDF apps don't support fillable fields, and in some apps the 1-5 rating circles may let you pick more than one; if that happens, tap the extra one again to clear it, or use the printable files.
- This workbook is a gentle companion. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about ending your life, please call or text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
- For personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files. Grief group leaders and counselors, please message me about group use.
- Because this is a digital file, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If anything is wrong with your download, message me and I'll make it right.
- Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.
